With today I finished the training divided into 22 sets (3x7 60-Days of Cardio + 1 100 kicks and 100 punches) from tomorrow the training will be divided into 15 sets (2x7 60-Days of Cardio + 1 100 kicks and 100 punches)
I'll take this opportunity to see if I can do 15 sets of 4 pull-ups

4x15 pull-ups went very well, despite being push-ups day
The daily training based on increasing the total number of repetitions but keeping the sets with low repetitions so as not to tire myself too much is going very well and gives encouraging results

I increased the warm up for arms and shoulders before the pull-ups and it is better
I also slightly increased the stretching at the end as the work will become increasingly heavy.
I decided to increase the number of challenge sit-ups and do exactly half of the squats, we'll see how it goes
I have to say that using some low cardio as an active rest between strength exercise sets is really enjoying me
