The training was almost all abdominal exercises, so I also tired the rest of the body

Another copious sweat but having slept better at night is only pleasure
10-15 min of light cardio as warm up I definitely like it, it's a soft way to get into training that helps you train regardless of how you are that day
The Express Tone program with 10 kg for the arms and 20 kg for the legs takes me about 10-15 min but it massacres me
I decided to start from 3 reps for difficult exercises and 5 from easy ones, increasing by one repetition each successive time I did that exercise, now I'm practically at the limit and the most difficult thing is to hold the weights in hand for the whole set:

                          -ARM DAY-
                          alternating bicep curls 7-7-7-7-6
                          bicep curls 7-7-7-7-6
                          hammer curls 7-7-7-7-6
                          tricep extensions 4-4-4-3-3
                          upright rows 6-6-6-6-5
                          bent over rows 6-6-5-5-5
                          alternating bent over rows 6-6-5-5-5
                          shoulder press 6-6-6-5-5
                          alternating shoulder press 6-6-6-5-5
                          lateral raises 4-3-3-3-3
                          bent over flys 3-3-3-3-3

                          -LEG DAY-
                          forward lunges 4-4-4-3-3
                          goblet squats 6-6-6-6-5
                          side lunges 3-3-3-3-3
                          split lunges 3-3-3-3-3

I'm seriously thinking about doing the Fighter's Codex next month, HuskyDog made me want too much and so to prepare I'm doing at the end of the training 20 min of combat combos alternating with pull-ups and push-ups.
From this series of fortunate coincidences comes the daily profusion of sweat

                          BIG 3:
                          Hammer grip pull-ups > 3x14=42
                          Handles push-ups > 6x14=84
Hindu squats > 108 in one go + 100 kicks

                          Have a nice day bees
