Today I had a bit of a headache but slowly I did all the planned training
I like a little light cardio as warm up, my body appreciates a calm start and 15 minutes of gentle exercise that progressively makes itself felt but without exceeding
Extra warm ups and shoulder stretches are also making their beneficial effects felt, together with the micro sets (3 rep hammer pull-ups, 5 rep handles push-ups) they allow me to exercise every day

Today I had wooden legs, so extra kicks
From the training week just ended I would say that push-ups, pull-ups and squats every day is a feasible thing, with some attention and caution

Today I definitely had a good sweat, I'm not at my best these days but I'm satisfied to be able to keep a good pace anyway
                            Hammer grip pull-ups > 3x14=42
                            Handles push-ups > 5x14=70
Hindu squats > 108 in one go
Among other things, I noticed that I can stand pull-ups better from mid-training onwards when I'm already hot, I struggle more because I'm tired but I avoid the danger of not being warm enough for a demanding exercise like pull-ups. So for now I will keep pull-ups, push-ups and hindu squats at the end of the workout.

Since these days I am a bit undertone and I have a persistent slight background headache today I started taking a multivitamin, it doesn't hurt, I have the impression of being making a change of season

                              BIG 3:
                              Hammer grip pull-ups > 3x14=42
                              Handles push-ups > 5x14=70
Leg exercises > side leg raises=312, backwards leg raises=240, calf raises=60, march steps=500, 100 combat kicks, so for today no hindu squats
I consider the big 3 as the excuse to do at least a certain daily exercise, if for the programs and challenges that I am following I do more, that's fine and I don't add anything else, I don't want to exaggerate.
I have noticed, from my experience, that if you follow a single Darebee program, it is good to follow it as literally as possible, if you are doing multiple programs and challenges together, a little bit of hindsight in organizing them is a must
