    Just checked out The Pits workout. I wonder if anyone chooses to do lvl1 but all squats for the 5 minutes.

        My partner pointed out to me that every month at the end of the training I say that the following month I will slow down, going slower and quieter and after a week of the new peaceful training I have my tongue on the ground

        It must be said that the Hero's Journey is definitely going up in difficulty but also the training to fatigue has its price on the body.
        On the other hand, I am enjoying the variety of programs, challenges and workouts that I have chosen

                Experiment rejected: handles push-ups and pull-ups to fatigue in the arm days.
                To test myself well, 5 sets to fatigue of Express Tone are enough, I have to do some tests on how to best set up push-ups, pull-ups and squats within the training but there will be small series made every day to maintain the total daily repetitions quite low.
                From tomorrow I return to fixed numbers of daily repetitions: 26 hammer grip pull-ups, 52 handles push-ups, 104 hindu squats, I will try to do 5 alternate restless pull-push-squat exercise set, let's see how it goes
                I also tried a new workout like warm up: Cardio Rehab Workout and I liked it

                  Do you know when you have to do for the Hero's Journey 20 min non stop movement? Halfway through, the business consultant called me
                  As a daily extra I did 104 hindu squats, 52 handles push-ups and 39 (26 + 13 extra) hammer grip pull-ups
                  I did the math and to keep a good proportion between pull-ups (1) - push-ups (x2) - hindu squats (x4) I miss 1100 pull-ups
                  The unknown is if I can bear doing pull-ups every day, if I follow the table and add 13 extra pull-ups a day for the first of September I will be on par

                    You might have a look here... we dropped it, cause more and more people dropped out and even got injured... be careful with everyday pullups...

                      Thanks for the link, I'm going to read.
                      I'm going to go easy and see how it goes, even today I did a set of 3 reps in order to limit the effort to a minimum

                          Since I'm asking for an extra effort to my arms I decided to take care of them a little more with an extra shoulder warm up: Rotator Cuff Workout and an extra stretching at the end: Shoulder Stretch Workout.
                          The training is intense but diluting the effort throughout the workout seems to work, let's see if my shoulders collaborate with the pull-ups every day

                            I am finishing the ones that I had put aside (7 left), chosen day by day according to the inspiration and I am thinking of stocking up on others, ranging more, those that I had collected so far were focused on optimism and positivity, now I would like to broaden the arguments

                              I like to read your quotes, so it would be nice to continue with them. Of course if it doesn't mean too much dedication from you. Day has limited hours

                              Regarding the arguments, for me everything will be ok, it's nice to read good thoughts from people, no matter the final message. I don't know, looking at where we are maybe health related ones would be ok, but as I said before I'm open to all. So this way it will be easier for you too.
