      Not a lot of structured exercise but another day of a lot of walking with the kids. Firstly a car show and then a fishing show so step count is probably going to be high again.

            Tai Chi workout - Done. I did have trouble following the instructions and it didn't flow and felt clunky. Will work on the whole Tai Chi thing as I've been meaning to for a while.
            Glutes of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 23 - Done
            Stretching for Back Pain workout - Done
            Pressure Points workout - Done
            Tai Chi introductory videos on YouTube. Not as easy as it looks especially as coordination is not my strong suit.
            Daily Dare: 30 Reverse Crunches - Done but no extra credit as core still not strong enough yet. (56/49)

            AM workout
            90 Days of Action program: Day 59 Circuit - Done at Level III (What a punish for the shoulders! My tricep push-ups aren't great and the 2 mins speedball punches in lieu of rest between sets didn't help)
            Back & Core program: Day 7 Stabilisation - Done but a bit wobbly after the above.
            Age of Pandora program: Chapter 18 - Done (10 minutes of combat moves - manageable by breaking them up into 20 sec rounds)
            The Walk workout - Done
            Age of Pandora program: Chapter 19 first part - Done (164 steps/2.05 km walk/jog) - latter done on treadmill 15:00 minutes @ 8.6 km/h with 1.0 incline for 2.13 km
            De-Stress Yoga Fix workout - Done (I don't know about the Eagle pose being a de-stress!)
            Arms & Shoulder Stretch workout - Done
