      Weight: 103.4 kg. The lack of serious exercise is showing again. That is what I get for five days off work. No excuses today.
      Glutes of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 15 - Done

      AM Workout
      Age of Pandora program: Chapter 15 second part (136 march steps/1.7 km walk) - latter done on treadmill 17:00 minutes @ 6.4 km/h with 2.0 incline for 1.80 km.
      Totals program: Day 23 - Done (70 push-ups/100 punches/70 shoulder taps/40 reverse angels) (catch up from 9/10) so far behind
      90 Days of Action program: Day 50 - Done (catch up from Sat 12/10)
      90 Days of Action program: Day 51 - Done at level I (catch up from Sun 13/10)
      Totals program: Day 24 - Done (120 x sit-ups/sitting twists) (catch up from 10/10)

      Totals program: Day 25 - Done (80 x lunges/side leg raises/squats/40 jump squats) (catch up from 11/10)
      Totals program: Day 26 - Done (60 x half jacks/jumping jacks/seal jacks/knee-to-elbows) (catch up from 12/10)
      Totals program: Day 27 - Done (80 push-ups/300 punches) (catch up from 13/10). getting there but wearing out so might save the rest owing until tomorrow.

        Age of Pandora program: Chapter 15 second part (i) 136 march steps/1.7km walk/run - Done with latter done on treadmill @ 9.4 km/h with 2.0 incline for 11:00 minutes for 1.71km
        90 Days of Action program: Day 52 - Done at Level II (just couldn't quite make it to III - might have if I waited after going for a run)
        Age of Pandora program: Chapter 15 second part (ii) 112 march steps/1.4km walk/run - Done with latter done on treadmill @ 8.6 km/h with 1.0 incline for 10.00 minutes for 1.42km

            Thanks @Bl@zing1. Not as consistent as I'd like but getting there. The weight is no longer peeling off but the fitness is increasing so I'll take that.

            Continuing on with the exercises today.

              Weight: 102.9 kg. How come it seems like it is quick to jump up but slow to creep back down?

              Age of Pandora program: Chapter 15 second part (ii) 112 steps/1.4km walk/run - Done with latter done on treadmill 18:00 minutes @ 6.4 km/h with 2.0 incline for 1.49 km.
              90 Days of Action program: Day 53 Power Circuit - Done at Level III (5 x 4 x 4 push-ups/10 squats)
              Back & Core program: Day 1 Support & Strength - Done. Not sure how we'll go as I am weak in both back and core but hopefully it will gradually strengthen both.
              Glutes of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 17 - Done (3 x 20 bridges)
              Totals program: Day 29 - Done (100 x climbers/plank leg raises/lunges/side leg raises) (catch up from 15/10)

              and
              Totals program: Day 30 - Done and program completed. (100 burpees)

                  So true Animated pictures . They aren't my favourite exercise especially as something in my hips goes click every rep but they were done. Seeing it was the last exercise for the program I just pushed through and feel relieved that I've made it. Completing it motivates me to achieve more so I will see what trouble I can get myself into when no one is watching at work.

                              Thanks BlackButler I am trying not to get too far of myself and cut back on the number of 30 day challenges I'm doing. I appreciate the ongoing support that I get from people like you who were there at the beginning for me. It is that support that spurs me on even when I don't feel up to it.

                                Age of Pandora program: Chapter 16 part two - Done (5 min jab + cross).**Note to self. Next time trying this with a punching bag - use gloves or wraps!
                                90 Days of Action: Day 54 Skier - Done at Level III (catch up from way back. Just realised I started this program on Day 1 starting here so I should be completing Day 59)
                                90 Days of Action: Day 55 Starmaster - Done
                                Posture Perfect workout - Done with Extra Credit
                                Daily Dare: 1 min Plank Punches - Done with Extra Credit (54/48)
                                Age of Pandora program: Chapter 17 part one - Done (120 march steps/1.5 km) - latter done on treadmill 14:01 minutes @ 6.5 km/h with 2.5 incline for 1.51 km

                                and now lunch. The boss is out so it maybe an exercising afternoon in this office!

                                Well that didn't last. The boss appeared as I was sussing out who else of seniority was about. I managed one workout after lunch so far but will find a few more office-friendly ones.
