          Going back over the past few month I feel better about the level of exercise activity I am currently doing. Or was. I then came across July and I was doing ridiculous amounts of challenges. Mind you I also wasn't doing a proper weight training program that I currently am. But I going to add a few smaller challenges just as something to keep moving throughout the day and possibly strengthen other parts of my body that are not necessarily getting my full attention.

            Not feeling the greatest as something this morning has not agreed with me, making me feel very bloated and uninspired. Must push on but will go easy on the core for now.

                    A few more new challenges picked up today but I know that there is a strong likelihood that many will not able to be completed given my current fitness and strength levels however, call me perverse, I am curious to see how far I go before falling in a screaming heap. I am also mindful that some days I will be extremely busy and unlikely to complete all the challenges for that day but will do what I can.

                      18/12/2020 (Day 154)

                      Looks like today is going to be one of those busy days I spoke of yesterday. The boss mentioned that the big boss will be in so no casual wear and no gym time. I have about 15 minutes to knock off what I can before I have to assume the diligent worker pose. Hopefully everyone will bail out early today and leave me to train.

                        19/12/2020 (Day 155)

                        A chaotic day starting with dropping my wife off at hospital for a short notice operation then racing the kids over to Kung Fu for their grading which both passed so I took them out to lunch at a local brewery featuring one of their favourite food trucks. I was meant to be on shift with the NSW Rural Fire Service today but because we had a COVID outbreak on the northern beaches of Sydney, it got cancelled as no one from outside the area is meant to visit the area. We were doing so well and it only takes a few complacent fools to put us all back. My exercise schedule has gone to hell in a basket but managed to get some things done. I still have to prepare dinner for the kids and waiting to hear from my wife about visits. Because of this new COVID outbreak, visitor numbers a limited to two at a time which means I have to work out what to do with both kids.

                        Drop daughter at school friend's house and took son over to the hospital to visit my wife and back home via picking daughter up. We ended up eating dinner after 9pm but it can't be helped. No more time for exercise despite best intentions.
