      Thanks BlackButler , the motivation is there as is still relatively new (again) and I'm seeing results so while I'm (relatively) not injured I will push on as hard as I can.

              Thanks DorothyMH . The Core 30-day challenge is quite tough with the number of push-ups etc required. Thank goodness it says you can split them into manageable groups otherwise I would have packed it in long ago. That said, I am also getting stronger shoulders and core (ever so slightly) and can do more and more push-ups each time but I still split them into groups of ten or so.

                      Thank you both Animated pictures and Bl@zing1. I'm lucky I've had the motivation to keep pushing me along with some results which has helped too. It is comments like yours that push me through days like today when I am feeling flat. I know I ate too much bad food in the last two days and my weight has skyrocketed again. My ankle has flared up again and I am going to have to withdraw from 10,000 Half-Jacks challenge as it is just too much constant hammering on my ankle which isn't handling it. I will give it another go when my ankle strengthens. I will continue to push through the programs like today's Totals which has jumping jacks but it isn't everyday at the moment. Frustrating but I need to remember I am still relatively new (again) at exercising and need to be patient with my old body (carcass). That said I am getting stronger in other areas. Today was the first day I pushed out 20 straight push-ups as part of the Core challenge so all is not lost.

                        Weight: 103.5 kg (too much pizza on Wednesday. But damn it was good!) I just need to work harder to shed it but no half-jacks. I don't know how I'll manage the 200 jumping jacks required in Totals but I'll take it cautiously.

                          Yeah, rest your ankle. A couple of days taking it easy is better than week's recovering. And don't feel bad about a little bad food, i just had about 10 days worth.

                            Thank @Bl@zing1. I intend to take it a little easier but try and limit my intake as my weight losses are being reversed.

                                Then my 5 year old daughter decides she wants to ride her bike to the beach so off we go. 12.42 km round trip. Riding for her but walking for me. Admittedly I do feel better for having done it.
                                The rest of the catch up got lost when my son broke his toe at Kung Fu resulting me taking him to hospital and not getting home until 0100 hrs. So it looks like Tuesday will be extra catch up day.
