                      Poor sleep and it didn't help that I forgot to turn off my 0400 hr alarms now that I'm home this week. A very busy day today so not expecting to achieve much.

                                Date day and a verrrrry filling lunch at Milky Lane Cronulla. Its is not often the wife and I bring food home from a lunch. Food Coma!

                                Workout of the Day (5/11/2020): Legs & Core - Done

                                PM gym workout while kids in Circuit Class
                                25 minute treadmill walk (2.3km including cool down) and gossip session with my gym buddy. She was complaining about putting on 5kg during COVID but I don't know where or how - she is a hospital worker and looks fantastic (not that I'd ever admit that in front of my wife). We both have a lot in common including a weakness for Moscato.
                                Dead Hang 30-day challenge (again): Day 3 - Done (here's to a little consistency!)
