Well I got off to a good start but then work happened. I don't seem to have anywhere near as much free time at work to exercise as I used to.

Very stiff in the lower back/saddle area today. Possibly should have loosened up before hitting the treadmill last night. Also been sitting down a lot at work this week which doesn't help. Did some side leg raises for Splits and it felt very awkward.

Still very tight in the glutes, hamstrings and lower back this morning. I know I've spent a lot of time sitting down this week. Also my exercising hasn't had the proper warm ups and stretches they should, either. But here we are at the end of the week so I will now hopefully have a few days to loosen up.

Weight: 103.5 kg
Thank goodness that week is over. All work and stress with almost no exercise. I have ballooned out and feeling very average. I want to change all that today. I now have the whole of next week off to look after the family and I am going to include myself in that for once. I am over feeling and looking like this. The project is finished for the boss and I am no longer under the pump. I will make sure that I allocate time for me when I get back to work. I have gone through all the programs and challenges I have started and want to clean the slate (where I have I heard that before).
