    Water First Thing 30-day challenge: Day 29 - Done
    Good Morning, World! 30-day challenge: Day 18 - Done
    1 minute meditation 30-day challenge: Day 29 - Done.
    Gladiator 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done (1 min one-arm plank)
    Core 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done (1 min plank + 10 plank reach)
    Posture 30-day challenge: Day 16 - Done (3 x 36 micro chest expansions)

    AM Workout
    Make Over 30-day challenge: Day 9 - Done (7 x 30 sec high knees/march steps). This is turning out to be a good warm up cardio for following workouts. Not sure if I can manage the 2 mins high knees but we'll see.
    Daily Dare: 40 Reverse Plank Kicks - Done with Extra Credit
    Final Countdown workout: Done at level III ( 7 x 6 x 20 sec jumping jack/ 1 jump squat) although it was tougher than I thought especially on the calves (soon to be calves of steel!)
    Dead Hang 30-day challenge: Day 2 - Done
    90 Days of Action program: Day 30 - Done at Level III
    Foundation program: Day 12 - Done at Level III.

    Post lunch
    30 Days of Yoga program: Day 30 - Done. it was nice to take 20 minutes early afternoon to meditate and let lunch go down. And finish the program!

    Totals program: Day 3 - Done (40 push-ups/80 punches/40 shoulder taps/40 reverse angels)
    Core Control 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done (90 side leg raises)
    10,000 Half-Jacks 30-day challenge: Day 2 - Done (80 half jacks)
    Touch Your Toes in 30 days challenge: Day 8 - Done (1 min leg swing/quad stretch/ 20 sec toe touch)
    Calves of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 9 - Done (100 calf raises)
    Ninja 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done (30 sec hollow hold)

    Mid afternoon effort
    Punch Out! 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done (160 overhead punches)
    Daily Workout: Chest & Shoulders - Done
    Daily Dare: 40 Knee In & Twists - Done but with effort and sucking big air in towards the end.

        Thanks Animated pictures , to be honest I wasn't sure I could keep it up but writing this accountability blog helps keep the pressure on us, especially when my kids read it to check my progress and nag me if I am behind. Thanks for your support and to the others that also check on me.

              Calves of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 10 - Done (2 x 40 sec calf raise hold)
              Make Over 30-day challenge: Day 10 - Done (4 x 20 flutter kicks)

                  Thank you DorothyMH for your ongoing support. Two challenges down but plenty more to go and no time to rest on my laurels even if I am feeling slightly pleased with myself.
                  So on with it.
                  Knee Push-Ups 30-day challenge: Day 17 - Done (3 x 9 knee push-ups)
                  Ninja 30-day challenge: Day 9 - Done (30 sec combat = punches)
                  10,000 Half Jacks 30-day challenge: Day 3 - Done (100 half jacks)

                  Am Workout. Just as I am hitting the wall after a late night with junk food just before bed.
                  90 Days of Action program: Day 31 - Done at level I (20 x squat/ 10 x push-up+shoulder tap/20 squat/10 walk-out+shoulder tap/20 squat/40 backfist) and struggled to keep focused.
                  Dead Hang 30-day challenge: Day 3 - Done (2 x 10 sec dead hang)
                  Foundation program: Day 13 - Done at level III (5 x 10 x leg raises/dead bugs/knee rolls)
                  Touch Your Toes in 30 days challenge: Day 9 - Done

                  I think I'll go get lunch and hopefully a ridiculously fattening but delicious laksa might motivate me to get moving later this afternoon when things at work slow down, bearing in mind I still have the rest of the Totals program to do today (about half way through it and it is Abs!)

                        1 hour Kung Fu training
                        Daily Dare: Arm Extensions - Done with Extra Credit but arms now feel very heavy so will taking it easy for a little while.

                        Midday workout
                        90 Days of Action: Day 32 - Done at Level I. Abs just aren't strong enough to punch out the last two sets.
                        Gladiator 30-days challenge: Day 10 - Done (4 x 60 punches)
                        Foundation Program: Day 14 - Done at Level III (10 x step extensions/step jacks/half jacks/side jacks)
                        Core Control 30-day challenge: Day 10 - Done (100 x leg raises)
                        Touch Your Toes in 30 Days challenge: Day 10 - Done
                        Core 30-day challenge: Day 10 - Done (24 x push-ups/20 sec plank/24 plank reaches)

                            6.47 km run - First 5km+run in who knows how long, in 48:48 mins. Far from my best time and not the 10K I was hoping for but I need to remember = baby steps.
