          90 Days of Action program: Day 19 - Done at Level II (catching up from yesterday). Would have tried for level III but no strength to hold myself up during the Push-Up Plank. Something else to work on I guess. The list is getting longer and longer.

            Time to organise my family for school. Take care everyone and I'll be back a little later.
            Since they took their sweet time I managed to squeeze in a level 1 workout.
            It's Party Time workout - Done at Level III with Extra Credit.

            10,000 steps - done. Not often I managed to do that, especially before lunch.

                Thursday 12/9/2019
                Weight: 104.8 kg. Knew I overate last night. I can feel it this morning. The scales are my friend and being brutally honest with me. So I just need to work harder today.
                I knew these days would happen and accepting of it but I also know what I have to do to rectify it. So lets get on with it.
                First Thing Water 30-day challenge: Day 22 - Done but nearly forgot.
                Posture 30-day challenge: Day 9 - Done AM part.
                Knee Push-Ups 30-day challenge: Day 9 - Done
                Calves of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 2 - Done
                Daily Dare: 60 seconds of Calf Raises - Done with Extra Credit but felt it especially after the previous exercise.
                Good Morning, World 30-day challenge: Day 11 - Done.

                Precursor workout - Done
                90 Days of Action program: Day 22 (catch up from Wed 11/9) - Done at Level III
                Stronghold workout: Done as part of Flexibility Week Day 2. This one hammered the hip flexors especially just after the High Knees in the previous circuits.

                              Day 28. Yes I have made 4 weeks in and still going. Juggling a number of these challenges and programs hasn't been easy but I do have the fantastic support of you Darebees and my kids who enjoy pushing me and seeing me sweat.

                              Well it's cold, wet and miserable here in Sydney town. Just the right sort of day for being inside exercising!

                              AM Workout. Struggling with motivation this morning and I don't know why. I should be pumped up as I am finishing Flexibility Week.
                              Make Over 30-day challenge: Day 7 - Done (6 x 30 sec high knees/march steps)
                              90 Days of Action program: Day 28 - Done at Level III (7 x 20 Combo squat+calf raises/10 Side-to-side lunges/10 Combo jab+cross+push-up/20 side-to-side backfists).
                              Liber8 workout - Done as Flexibility Week (Day 7). Now completed Flexibility Week. I am not ashamed to say it wasn't easy. I will try it again perhaps in a years time to see how much better I can do it.

                              As if I didn't punish myself enough I have done a mid-afternoon workout that has my adductors screaming at me. Boy are they going to hurt tomorrow. Oh well.
