90 Days of Action program: Day 76 Circuit - Done at Level I as a warm up. However I should have warmed up before doing this as a warm up. Not the smartest move: sitting on my butt for four hours then getting up, going to the gym and launching straight into this workout. Oh well, done now! Was hoping to do free weights but unlikely now.

I get tired looking at your log. Make sure that you're keeping your calories balanced. I've seen people over train and under eat and it hurt them. I've done it.

Thanks Bl@zing1. I actually have the opposite problem. Working out a bit so a feel the need to fuel up but often overdo it so start putting fat/weight back on. It is probably poor dietary choices but I love food too much.
Day 99

Weight: 103.3 kg - should have been less after yesterday's big effort but too much pizza for dinner.
Back into the Run/Swim thing at work. Boss has endorsed this as an approved fitness regime. Beautiful morning down at Clovelly Beach for the swim across from the South to the North side and then run around the bay and start again. The longest swim was only 70m but in swell it seemed like close to double that, and as it has been a while since I last swam then next few circuits were the short swim of around 43m. Four circuits in total in about 25 mins, roughly. Now that the weather and water is warming up, I hope to do this more often. Gym session will probably be light, if I get there.
