      Thank you TopNotch , I was feeling frustrated and needed an outlet (or several) so now I've started something that may be a little tricky to finish. Especially on busy days like today with most of the activity after 9pm. But got most of it done.

                  I often find that just writing the rants (whether or not they actually end up staying with the post) is indeed therapeutic. Gets it all off my chest, and sometimes it shows me how petty I am. Or perhaps it shows how mature I am by being able to recognise when I'm petty! But I hope your rants purged you of bad thoughts/feelings and you're starting to feel a bit better now.

                    so true TopNotch . I was upset then angry and now looking back at the communications, laughing. I found one line which could be taken in a good way or a bad way and I guess it was taken the bad way. If I didn't laugh at that I'd cry again. I wish I could take words back but too late. Next time I'll just keep my mouth shut. In the mean time I'll keep going hardcore. As Nike says, Just Do It!
