      A busy day at home with no time for training.

      Ok I feel slack for not doing anything but time is running out as is my motivation so here goes.

Granted I'm doing the plank for a couple of minutes longer than I ever used to be able to but still a long way to go to get to the 5 minutes I'm aiming for. If I don't make it then I guess I'll have to start again, and again and again until I manage to do it.

          Put On Your Own Shoes Day. Hmm... Now, does this mean do it yourself, rather than getting your servants to shove your toes in those Louboutins, or stop wearing someone else's shoes (even if they are Louboutins)... Honestly, these Days are so thought-provoking.

              Interesting choice TopNotch . I've had to help my son put on his shoes lately as its not something easily done with a suspected broken thumb. X-ray has since confirmed not broken, it just looks it and is as inoperable as if it was.

                International Anti-Corruption Day (UN sanctioned), International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of Victims of Crime of Genocide and the Prevention of this Crime (UN sanctioned), Christmas Card Day, and the national day of Tanzania.

                A busy day with a lot of it spent on the road up to Newcastle and back. No time for training.
