    Thought I'd go ahead and start one of these suckers for the accountability and whatnot. I meant to start this at the beginning of the month (been meaning to register for a while actually), but then I got distracted. I'm only going to be keeping track of workouts and most of them aren't even on DareBee anymore coz... I've been doing the DB thing for a while now just in the background. I keep track of my food intake on another site and it's just easier for me if I keep doing that there.

    Why don't I jump right into it here:
