        Putting 4 days of The Gauntlet into 1 workout is pretty tough, especially if one of those days is the challenge days. But hey, it's done. Day 20, 21, 23, 24. I have no kettlebell. Yes, I have no kettlebell. I'm using a 31.5# dumbbell instead (14.3 kg). Sooner or later, I am going to have to use 2 dumbbells b/c the 31.5# is waaaaaayyyyyy too light for the deadlifts or rows. It's a good weight for curls and combo exercises, like the squat to shoulder lift.

        Plus, Another 30D of Yogurt, 20 and 21. Plus Ab lvl2 challenge D22 + 10k crunches D22. Oh, yeah, + DD 40 leg raises.

        So that's what I'm saying. Have a great day, evening, night, where ever you may be.

                What's left? Tomorrow, we finish up Another 30 days of Yoga 29 & 30, and Gauntlet day 29 & 30. Yeah, the 70 full get ups will be a bumpy ride, but a fun one. You have to climb the mountain to see the view.

                3 days each of Abs lvl 2 and 10k crunch. Tuesday will put an end to that nonsense 🤣

                  Ab lvl 2 and 10k crunches 2 more days each.

                  At this point no more gas left in the tank tonight, for real. The rest of the crunches will be potato chips. 💪😇
