    Sunday 🌞. Today I am focusing on completing daily dares and timed dares. I am ahead of the month for Fireheart, and I've still not decided on which main body program to head into: both Cardio Trim Run and High Gear are level 5s, so they would be good options. Just haven't decided.
    So, hey ho, here we go:

                    I had a hard time telling whether it was Right Arm to Right knee or Left knee and vice versa. The picture didn't help. (I think this is why neilarey fired the shadow people models 😁)

                    Since it's a "side" crunch, I did 40 R to R, then 40 L to L. Didn't stop, although lost balance and had to restart, but kept going! βœ“

                              Based on what I can find, the first Daily Dare was May 18, 2015 -- 400 squats.

                              On May 29, 2015, one of the bees mentions that they have done a dozen already, so that would make that one (released on May 17), the first.

                              Hey everyone
                              We are thinking of adding a new workout category to the website and we need to come up with a cool name. It'll be a "throughout the day" type of workouts with the option to cross out sets. Basically, very similar to the way our lab experiments looked:

                              What it is - is your Daily Tax of exercise. As in no matter what happens during the day you still need to complete everything until the day is up. You can subtract reps from whatever else you are doing (workouts and programs) but the total for the day still has to be done. This is a really awesome way to stay active throughout the day and never feel guilty on days when you can't fit an entire workout in.

                              We will be adding a ton of different variations and providing you with custom charts as well (on request). We just need a cool name before we can officially set it up. Since it's a very different way of training (it always requires a print-out for one) we will be adding it in a separate workout section.

                                May 18, 2015 to December 31, 2016 is complete.

                                (Full disclosure: I could not locate the dares for two days in November 2015, and I attempted but was unable to complete the 2016 "pop ups" dare. I will try it again. But, in total, the project has amounted to 592 or so dares.)
