Spent about 4 and a half hours at the roller rink today! Skated most the time except for maybe an hour? I managed to do consecutive laps around the rink Im up to 3 laps in one go- need to definitely work on my stamina or is it endurance? One of the two!

Yesterday marked the beginning of me doing the 20 x 3 Running Program. However I'm tweaking it a tad bit. Instead of running i'm...
    (Can you guess?)
    .
    .
    .

    roller and/or inline skating
wow who would have guessed! Totally not by my recent posts (kidding of course)
I'd have to say my favorite part of owning my own place is that no one can tell me I'm not allowed to skate inside
I plan on buying some protective gear when I get paid and once I do that I'll be skating outside.

    Fresh air is always good

I'd have to say the biggest thing with roller blades is not having the toe stop like roller skates do. Earlier I went to stop cause I was going a little too fast, instinctively I pulled my heel up forcing my toes downward placing all my weight on the front wheel. I lost my balance and fell. To make it even funnier I tried catching myself on this cart that I have. Well of course it has wheels so I just knocked it down along with myself

Any who, that's my update for today Looks like rain so i'm going to open the windows and let the breeze in.

Kakarot Right?? I dont usually get out of the house except for work so it's really nice taking the time after work to go hang out for a bit. I go with my coworker and we get to catch up- she says next week she will teach me how to swivel? I believe thats what she said. I've never actaually roller bladed before but I bought of pair of roller blades to practice with so once they arrive I will let you know how that goes

I haven't exercised much however I've took up roller skating Im using roller skates, not roller blades. I've been going every Thursday night for the past couple weeks for about 2 hours

When i get more comfortable with skating I plan on learning how to roller skate outside.

Breathe in on the way down and out on the way up when doing push ups.
Just breathe when skipping, find a rhythm that works for you.

Figured i would try the power line workout- thought it wouldnt be to difficult. Lol cardio is NOT my best suit. Only managed to do 50 skips and 6 push ups. I feel like i can fall asleep. Any tips on how to breathe while exercising? I tend to have a hard time breathing and yes i inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth

...chin, pull, hammer, neutral, overhand, underhand...

...just versions of the same: pulling yourself up...

Do the one that works and you feel comfortable with, in the beginning that's all that matters...

Great progress... you will do your first "Full Pull" soon...

So I found out that I have actually been doing chin-ups, not pull-ups haha

Regardless, I came very close to doing a full chin up today
