im really enjoying the burpee challenge at the moment. (BURPEE'S 30 DAY CHALLENGE) I can now do an average of 5 consecutive burpees however they are standard burpees, without the push-ups. On day 1 I could barely do 3 in a row. Today I completed 36 burpees. 7 sets of 5 plus 1

I've been eating pomegranates all week

i think i lost a little bit of weight around my waist. Today at work I was pulling my pants up a lot more than I usually do because they kept sagging down haha

Kakarot it's coming along at a steady pace. I've mainly been just doing burpees and working on improving my diet to see how much changes. I'm honestly enjoying doing burpees though I've took a break for a couple days because my stomach was getting a little to sore to the point where my stomach was getting rather uncomfortable when i would eat anything haha. I'm feeling better though and looked up some lighter variations of burpees to start off with and build myself. How about you? If i recall, you mentioned having a rather busy schedule.

XxXKiarraXxX the schedule has eased, I just have to do the kids Christmas Part and then the Christmas concert. On the fitness front I finally got my 50 push ups (it was easier than I remember) and I failed my 10 pull ups by 4 reps but I'm suffering today, I did the math (as I had trained beforehand) and I had done 94 total push ups and 54~ total pull ups so my rear delts and triceps are like lead today .

I remember when I did my 100 burpees badge, it was miserable, I think there is a video of it in an old YouTube account (ah here) I don't use this page anymore because I lost the address.

Kakarot I have to go Christmas shopping as well haha. Way to go with the push-ups I can do maybe 10 in one go and i'm sure the number is honestly smaller. But! Practice makes perfect right And regardless 54 pull-ups is still a decent amount from my perspective, what was your goal? I can only do basic burpees without the push up so far and that's even challenging if i do it excessively.

                            OPINION TIIMMMEEEEEE

                            SO!
I've always wanted to try kickboxing you guys. However, i wanted to wait until I became more fit to pursue and give it a shot. There's a kickboxing gym not too far from me and they're having a special where i can participate in 3 classes for $20 or 5 classes for $30. I think that's a pretty good deal. Plus looking at their schedule, I can easily fit it into my own.
                            But.... Im nervous
I've never been one for extra-curricular or any other type of activities outside of my house except for working. besides that im a total home-body.
Also I always planned on waiting until I was at a decent fitness level for myself where as im honestly still pretty new with exercising. I've grown in the past months a little from where i was but i feel intimidated at the idea of going to a class.

Go for it, there is never a "good time" as it's intimidating all the time but if your coach and teammates are decent then you'll not be intimidated during the class.
Don't wait for a "good time" to go, find the nearest class and go, you'll have less time to talk yourself out of it.

                                Have fun

Oh, don't forget to buy a gum shield or you won't be allowed to spar.
