    New back in Action for 90 Days plan

    Kicked off 90 of Action this morning. Third different program since starting with Darebee, each one just a little more energy required to get through the workouts. Took a bit over a week to get myself going again after 30 Days of HIIT so decide to start a new thread.

    This is the first program that that works the upper body and today showed I need some work there, as I had to go to inclined push-ups in the second set. Shoulders and triceps not up to regular push-ups yet.

    Oh, and I'll be starting 30 Days of chair rows once I get a suitable stick for pulling on.

      Day 2 of 90 complete.

      Shoulders are sore from yesterday's push-ups. Kind of figured on that since there has been very little pushing shoulder work in the first two programs, lots of core and legs though. Might I suggest adding more upper body to the Foundation and 30 Days of HIIT?

          Day 4 of 90 complete. May regret the shoulder workout tomorrow when I try to play golf, but we're not guaranteed tomorrow so glad I did it today. Hopefully the rain will hold off so I can mow the acreage today.

              Ultra busy today, so no time to work in day 6. And looks like tomorrow will be a duplicate of today. Days start before 8:00 and only short break for lunch and noonish, then again for supper. Working in the garage with the door and windows open and fan blowing in 95° heat @ 70% humidity means lots of water consumed and more sweat out.
