    Come back stro...somehow

    Dunno if this will actually work for me but hey - worth the try, right?

    I love to run, but still I am lacking the strength I once had. I also gained some 20 lbs that I finally wanna get rid of.
    (Might not seem like much, but I just don't like that person I've become and that won't fit in any of her dresses anymore.)
    Today I want to start all over again and hopefully it'll be helpful use this little thread here as progress tracker.

              Second day and I almost dismissed my planned streak. Just way too hot today.

              Day 2

              Training:
              Iron Born - Day 2
              Indoor cycling - 35 minutes

              Initially planned a ninety-minute run but after almost melting away at work I decided to skip this one and use the ergometer instead.
              Better for the injured knee and like that I could finally finish reading my book. Fair enough.
              Will try to catch up on the run tomorrow in the ealy morning.

                Running - 70 min

                Runnnig in the morning was okay, training in the evening heat was awful.
                But I did it!

                  Couldn't do any running or cycling yesterday. Totally stressed out, overtired and somehow dizzy.
                  Lack of sleep and ongoing heat drive me insane. No way to stick to my training plan.
                  Hopefully I'm able to go for a run again tomorrow...
