      Congratulations on finishing Power Up! Awesome!

      And amazing work with your first day of Cardio Blast I'm on that program myself and I remember dying after only 5 sets with 2 minutes rest inbetween

              I haven't sweated that much in years! Felt amazing and awesome. Going back 2x a week from now on!

                    I didn't workout but spent 4.5 hours walking. I think, judging by the immense pain I feel, that I did pretty damn good.

                      Walking:
                      2.5 hours walking the neighbourhoods, up and down stairs and talking to people for work.

                      Karate:
                      1 hour. Signed up for 2 classes/week.

                      My body craves being in motion, even though I'm super sore lately. It feels good and right.

                          Life Update!

                          Doing Karate 2x a week has really tired me out on top of the all the work activity (8+ hours of walking per week). I've put workouts on the side. I am going to be doing the Back & Core add-on program while I get into Karate and keep walking a lot. I have increased my activity so much that it's getting hard to find time for workouts/energy. I went from the sedentary lifestyle to a moderately active one!

                                Karate - 1 Hour
                                Kicked my ass. This is my fourth class. They have to custom order an outfit for me because my chest is SO big. It was kinda humiliating, but my chest is always big, no matter my size.

                                Cardio Go - Day 2
                                Did the full one minute rests. Pretty tired from Karate yesterday. Took 30 minutes.

                                Back & Core - Day 1
                                WHY WAS THIS SO HARD? OMG. What did I do wrong LOL


                                Life Update:

                                I am approximately 4 pounds from my first goal of 250 pounds. I am excited and also terrified to know that I am still so DAMN FAT. It's disgusting me a bit and taking away from my motivation. I have 100 pounds to go before I even get close to my final goal and that will literally take years when I can't afford a personal trainer. I push myself every day and I am still scared it's not enough. I sweat until I cry from the sweat stinging my eyes. I need to be in control of my body again.
