    Hi, i have been cherry picking daily micro workouts but obviously I'm getting out what i put in... Not much! No problem doing my cardio, time to check in daily for accountability to myself. Gonna start with the daily today, level 1

    Hi Fenysnake, maybe starting a program is a way to go for You (all these shiny red badges!!!). It was for me. I now consitently work out 5-6 days a week (I like to go out on Friday and/or Saturday and have a couple of drinks, so morale is low on the next day) and the thought of ticking off another day of the program is a great help. The other thing is that You cannot cherry-pick, the program is merciless with its schedule. There are great ones for beginners and if You feel underwhelmed You can always throw in a Daily Dare.
