            Boo walk: 1 mile, less hot, windy, med pollen, mask etc, HIGH fire risk now, due to low humidity😰

            Elliptical: 6.48 miles in 60 mins, at random high/mod high crossramps and mod high resistance for 683 calorie burn= 10K✅

            (Partial)Shrimp squats: 10 reps each leg x 1

            15 pushups: 5 reps classic (toes), 5 reps wide grip (knee), 5 reps close grip (knee)

            Primer workout, level 3 full body strength tone, 3 sets— I was able to jump/pull chin to bar the first time; thereafter, it was nose to bar, then 90 degrees. A couple times I did a jumping chin up just to get my chin all the way up. I will keep this one in my arsenal; I LIKED it!!

                        WOD: Cheeky Monkey, level 2 cardio high-burn stream line, 5 sets, 1 min rest

                        DAREBEE Fitness test: 23 knee push ups, 22 sit ups, 20 basic burpees = Level 2....just doing this in Sundays as a measurement for now

                        Video- Blogilates 100 Abs Challenge, Day 26: roll overs— like a reverse crunch into a plow pose...100 of them!😤

                        Zero Hero program, Day 26: 2 rounds of 10 slow climbers, 4 plank rotations, 4 shoulder taps x 7 sets, <20 sec rest

THEN- 30 sec plank hold, 10 toe touches, 30 sec assisted L-sit w/pumps (I did tuck sit hold), 30 sec each boat pose hold, bicycles, leg raise hold, leg flutters x 3 sets, 30 sec between exercises, 2 mins rest

                              Daily Dare: 30 crunch kicks— done with EC

                              The Impossible Abs Challenge, Day 27: 20 leg raises & 20 side bridges x 3 sets, 30 sec rest

                              Flexibility Challenge, Day 27: 160 side lunges, 3 min 40 sec side splits— lunges done in 4 sets of 40 reps basic side lunges as the DB exercise video shows, with increasing width between feet and lower floor touches

                              Bar work- (modified)Negative Pull ups Challenge, 2.0, Day 27: substituted the hanging leg raises from the ThenX workout today. In each 30 sec set, I did 18, 19, 20 hanging leg raises...I think that’ll do me for today😤
