    De-Stress Challenge, Day 3: 100 punches

    60 Days of Cardio program, Day 2: (because I did a Day 3 yesterday, by mistake) — 10 march steps, 5 calf raises, 10 butt kicks, 10 march steps, 5 calf raises, 10 lunge step ups, no rest x 5 sets for level 2

    30 Days of Gravity program, Day 3 Abs, level 1: 6 flutter kicks, 6 scissors, 10-count raised leg hold, 6 flutter kicks, 6 raised leg circles, 10 count raised leg hold, 1 min rest x 3 sets (could not read level 1 reps without my glasses on, so I did 8 reps, oops🥴)

    Bar work: 6 ring rows


    NOTE: we opted to discontinue ROMWOD, due to time, in favor of joining YWA on a membership plan. This way, our daily with extra access is committed and supportive in a similar way that I like to support DareBee every month.

          XPress Tone program, Day 4: 20 leg raises, 20 side leg extensions, 20 extended leg swings, 20- count leg raise hold, change side and repeat the sequence

          Corn gluten application to lawns for 45 mins

            Home Alone new workout, level 2 difficulty cardio high burn/streamline— 10 half jacks, 20 high knees, 4 reverse lunges, 10 half jacks, 20 high knees, 4 squats, 30 sec rest x 5 sets

            Pistol Squat Prep— 5 each side, one legged squats x 3 sets, 30 sec each leg one legged balance hold, 30 sec each leg one legged half squat hold, 5 each leg side to side low lunges x 3 sets, 5 each leg split squats x 3 sets, 1 min rest between sets & exercises
            Jump Rope: 1 min sets x 6, each between sets of PSP above

            Bar work: 7 ring rows! I put them in a diff place today, 1st day of the week, so I could try adding one more!🥳👏🏼

            XPress Tone program, Day 5: I used 5 lb dbs today— tricep extensions 10 reps each arm, 10 core twists, 20 alternating bicep curls, 10 upright rows, 1 min rest x 5 sets

            30 Days of Gravity, Day 5: Part 1 Abs/Core—10 plank arm raises, 10 plank leg raises, 10 body saw, 5 up/down planks, 1 min rest x 3 sets; Part 2– Endurance: 1 minute plank hold

                  30 Days of Gravity, Day 6: Part 1 Circuit Focus UpperBody— 40 side to side back fists, 40 scissor chops, 40 scissors, 1 min rest x 3 sets; Part 2 Build Up— 3 sets of CLASSIC push ups with rest time equal to the time it took to do the reps each set...6 reps, 5 reps, 4 reps!! That’s up by THREE CLASSIC pushups from 4 days ago! I’m pumped!!🥳😎

                  Bar work: 10 scap shrugs, 10 hanging knee raises, 10-count raised knee hold x 3 sets, 1 min rest— the last set was a combo of shrugging and raising at the same time.

                    There was a time I could do 40 leg raises in go... I'm pretty sure 2 sets of 20 would be too much for me now. Great work.

                          (this is an increase in 5 secs for each set from last week)

                          Bar work: Negative Pull ups Challenge, Day 7(this was where I left off when I was doing it before, and I tested past this date last week)— sets of 3, 1, 1 negative pull ups, 60 sec rest....jumping/pulling up further each week, yay! Do these go on the pulling thread, too?

                              ThenX Abs (from April 6 on app)—rep building/fat burning: 3 sets of 30 sec each jumping jacks & elbow plank hold; 2 sets of 12 reps each hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, hanging bar crunches, 2 mins rest; 3 sets of 30 sec bicycles, 12 star crunches, 30 sec leg flutters, 12 toe touches, 2 mins rest....My bar work for the day is DONE🥴😅
