      pollen. Wall guys arrived to work at 6:15am, so Canoe was all sorts of alarmed about the hour!😂

        Forest fire smoke? Not good, even scary... We had family friends in a forest fire zone quite recently, they didn't lose their house, but very close. That specific fire was really nasty and raged on nearly a week by a very touristic and pretty spot, la dune du Pilat.

              Woke up just before 6:30am (PDT) after a weird night of sleep. Fell asleep early, and woke up at midnight, discovering my white noise was *not* on. After turning it on, fell back to sleep in about 20 mins for the remainder of the night.

              Anyway, it’s hazy today, with heat warning for later, currently 70 (F)degrees, & LOW-MEDIUM pollen🥳😎

              • Quilting: x1 hour✅…worked on modification of bedroom door curtains for cool air sequestration, then decided to use the same technique as for the other 2 curtains, rather than modifying the current one.

                            AM- woke up at 6am (PDT), after a wretched night. Some weird nerve ache in my left leg from hip flexor to lower calf would not let up from 2:45 on. Got up, took a huge dose of ibuprofen with some esomeprazole (for my gut), went back to bed and *sort of* slept until Canoe oozed up into bed between us at 5:30😵‍💫🙄

                            So, yeah. Today should be fun, as the weird ache is still there.🥴

                            It’s 59 (F)degrees, with hazy blue sky and MEDIUM pollen.

                            • Boo/Canoe walk: x1+ mile combo sidewalk/field✅ neighbor pups were loose and neighbors were not home. Surrounding neighbors are voicing frustration with these two young dogs. When I came up the street returning home, the owner was home. I think he had been called home from work by another neighbor. I’ve known him for a long time. He did not object when I said if they continued to be loose with him not home, I was planning to call Animal Control so the dogs wouldn’t get hurt, run over, shot at. He said the dogs are opening door handles😵‍💫
