            AM- woke up around 6, to blue skies and 54 (F) degrees and MEDIUM-HIGH pollen🤧

            • Boo/Canoe walk: x1 mile✅with husb, lots of people meeting and new doggo interactions🥳
            • ❌Reading…starting a new book tomorrow😎
            • Sewing✅

            • Boo/Canoe walk: 1 mile off leash/in field✅
            Stepson here to mow, etc
            • ❌Down Dog Yoga… the plan was on, but the wifi was wonky🙄

                AM- woke up at 6:30am (PDT) after a shitty night’s sleep. Blue skies, 54 (F) degrees, little breezy, and MEDIUM-HIGH pollen.
                • Foam/ball rolling, wrist extension/flexion✅
                • Shoulder mobility w/pvc pipe✅
                • BaoDing balls: 20 reps both directions both hands x3 sets✅
                • Extra: Body Bar— back squats 10 reps x1 set✅
                • Yard clean up/Canoe ball throwing: x15 mins✅
                • Reading: Introduction of Estate Planning for Dummies✅
                • Boo/Canoe walk: x1 mile on leash/sidewalk✅

                Noonish-
                • FB Fit, Day 1: 56 Minute HIIT and Strength Workout - Intense Active/Static Lower Body Strength and HIIT✅

                • Reading: 20 pages of In Cold Blood by Truman Capote✅
                • Sewing: x45 mins✅
