          Boo walk: cold and sunny; it was ME that decided where we went, today😂So, 2 miles total, going down the hill to the park and back up, with a LOT less dilly dallying, except for doggo to catch his breath and sniff a bit😎🦮💨✅


          Noonish- some upper body work cleaning the floor pan of my shower x 1 hour 🥴✅


          PM-
          Elliptical: 3.03 miles in 30 mins on random low crossramps and moderate resistance for a 329 calorie burn🏃🏻‍♀️💨✅

          EotD: 1 minute elbow strikes✅… oops did it again for 1 min of PALM strikes!🤭🥴✅= 60 of each

          WOD: Lower Back, 3 sets, 1 min rest✅

          FB Stretch, Day 4: Static Stretching Workout for the Lower Body and Lower Back

          Boo walk: 1 mile; I insisted, due to time that we keep it short🙄✅

            Boo walk: <1 mile, cuz we are taking the boy on a hike!😎🦮✅

            Hike: 3.42 miles on a flat area of the hills we trained on for the PCT in 2017 & 2018. He did pretty well, for an old guy🦮💨😎✅

            Noonish- Its a sunny day, so had a little extra drive time with husb and doggo going home; so nice😎


            PM- husb is getting ready for a long road trip to LostWages to see his aging step mom and then his mom again on the way home….

            Boo walk: 1 mile, both me and husb were shocked he wanted to go!🥳🦮😎

                Boo walk: 3/4 mile, cloudy & rainy. Doggo agreed we should cut it short😂😎🦮✅

                Warm up: WOD- Phantom, 3 sets, no rest✅
                Additional: 20 each wrist extensions/flexions✅

                EotD: 30 tricep dips✅

                Pistol Squat progression practice: 15 Reps, assisted, on each leg✅

                Bar work (missed on yesterday’s upperbody day) 5 NPUs x 1 set✅

                Elliptical: 4.68 miles in 45 mins at random high to low crossramps and moderate resistance for 502 calorie burn ✅

                post Cardio cool down, PS workout: tendon strength workout✅

                Misc extra stretches (arm pits, shoulders/quads)✅

                FB Stretch, Day 6: Breathing Workout - Breathing Exercises for Stress, Overwhelm, and Exhaustion✅

                  ***In other news, my daughter and granddaughter are struggling with the new doggo: he is so young, and needs so much training and attention, and their own schedules are so demanding, that they are contemplating surrendering him. My husb and I offered to take him. They are planning to make a decision before husb makes his way back up to see his mom on the 30th. That would mean a new young doggo for Boo-monster to train😵‍💫😂Nevermind, me and a huge new addition to my daily life🤪

                        Boo walk: 1 mile, windy & rainy, with a late start, so I insisted on a shorter walk, although he would have preferred to traipse through the wet dirt to get to a longer route…🙄🦮💨✅Maybe this afternoon, we can go further for him….🤞🏼

                        Elliptical: 1 mile in 9.5 mins on random medium crossramps and moderate resistance for 100 calorie burn✅ This was super short; was not up to doing more today, due to DOMS😓

                          The latest on the dog-issue: they are leaning heavily toward letting us take Canoe. We have the space (huge house and property) and the time (retired) and another dog who has missed having a companion so much. We talk frequently about getting another younger dog, anyway. So, this would be a logical move for everyone. They would still see him if he was with us. I am starting to look forward to it
