              AM- Travel day
              Exercise of the Day: 30 sit ups ✅
              WOD: Better Balance, with EC ✅

              Pack up, go to Costco for gas and stuff (no Costco in our town), drop by daughter’s condo to say goodbye and have hugs; hit the road x 5+ hours….

              PM- …..got home, unloaded, unpacked, loved up my doggo, WALKEDx 1 mile with him and Husb, had wild fresh caught Coho salmon with husb as well, played with doggo some more then collapsed.

                    I'm sorry 3 days before is not really 'early' in my opinion (I used to start feeling it 1 or 2 weeks before). I hope you'll have a good day, not only filled with grief but also good memories that will give you a smile

                          AM- husb took off for an unplanned trip to his mom’s to repair the mushy floor under a leaking water heater. My poor old doggo is having to make a quick exchange of “one dead” parent for another🥴Talk about a reason to be fussy🤦🏼‍♀️

                          Boo walk: 2.3 miles as doggo kept “deciding” to NOT turn and just keep going! It’s cold this morning, but sunny🌞✅

                          Vacuuming, dusting/laundry ✅

                          Boo walk: 1+ mile with him deciding the route🙄✅

                            NancyTree yes, it’s usually 1-2 weeks early for me, as well. This was considerably *less ahead of time*…. It’s okay. I know I carry my mom with me. Most days remembering *that* is how I truly AM okay

                              Boo walk: 2 miles again! Doggo is really pushing his walking time, these days. I like it, cuz it fits with my goal of increased walking again, also🦮🥰✅

                              Warm up: Foam Roller workout + 20 each of wrist extension/flexion✅

                              EotD: 20 plank jacks✅

                              Bar work: 5 NPUs✅

                              Elliptical: 3.10 miles in 30 mins on random hi/low crossramps and moderate resistance for 338 calorie burn✅

                              FitnessBlender Stretch video: Relaxing Total Body Stretch

                              PM- today’s was the first *actual* workout since I got home. I needed a break. All of October has been/will be sort of mishmashed together, without an actual program, or any challenge being accomplished. But, I’m really okay with that for a change🥳

                              Boo walk: 2.65 miles again as he decided to wander thru places we never go😅🥴🦮😎✅

                                AM-
                                Boo walk: 2.7 miles all over the area, again, after the first half mile which seems to be his “constitutional” time. After that, he speeds up and stops at every intersection to “decide and tell” me which way we are going. It’s always AWAY from home!😂It was near freezing this morning, so I suppose he’s finally comfortable in his parka…(aka his double layered fur coat)🙄…either that, or he has decided on some new fitness goals: lose that extra belly flab, increase his endurance, toughen up his paw pads, stuff like that🤣✅

                                EotD: 60 side leg extensions (fire hydrants)✅
