    Boo walk: <1 mile, cloudy and hazy; doggo is super sluggish and barfed twice on the walk, wtf😵‍💫😨✅

    PM- spent an hour at lunch with my cousin; I am so not used to visiting with disenfranchised family members, it’s more exhausting than I expect😵‍💫

            Boo walk: ~1 mile, cloudy, cool, smoky; cut through the field where the roads and houses are going up now with remarkable speed. Doggo is slow and plodding but okay🥳😎🦮✅

                          AM- m’yarms/ shoulders have loads of DOMS today from the negative pull-ups on Sunday, then lawn mowing yesterday😜

                          Boo walk: 1 mile, sunny & cool, with haze closing in😫Doggonis perky today, tho, so…yay!🥳😎🦮🥰✅

                          Warm up: Foam Roller workout + wrist flexion/extension x 20 each✅

                          Exercise of the Day: 30 tricep dips✅

                          Pistol Squat progression practice— 5 each leg assisted shrimp squats, followed by 10 each leg assisted (with one leg propped on the ground) pistol squats✅

                          Bar work: Hang in There workout (modified)— 10 hanging knee raises, 30 sec active dead hang, 10 neg pull ups, 10 scap pulls✅ (range of motion limited today!)

                              ***NOTE*** After 1 1/2 months of this plan, I am opting to just finish up the Runner Prime program and regularly practice bar stuff with the pistol squat progression for the remainder of Sept. I can start over on the FB programs in Oct.

                              Boo walk: <1 mile, sunny and cool; doggo stopped before 1/2 mile point and turned for home. Otherwise he seemed fine🤪✅

                              PM- shortened day cuz stepson was over for a 2 hour visit mid-day

                              Runner Prime, Day 15: Elliptical x 30 min= 3.07 miles, at random high crossramps and moderate resistance for 334 calorie burn✅…❌failed to beat last time’s distance😞
