        Boo walk: 1 mile, on the sort of plowed street/side walk; less frigid, cloudy; so many people have not shoveled their parts of the sidewalks, I have to post hole through those parts and doggo doesn’t like them😒😤

        (Modified) Flex Hang Challenge 3.0, Day 19: 5 sec flex hang x 3– jump/pull from floor as far as possible to hold x2, then from stool to chin over bar with 12 sec negative drop x 1

        Hero’s Journey, Day 51: Part 1- 60 combos of jab/jab/cross, 60 side kicks, 40 backfists, 40 knee strikes, 40 elbow strikes x 5 sets, 1 min rest (+ 1 min with “dragon” helping) & wearing 1lb wrist weights & 2lb ankle weights

          Boo walk: 1 mile on side walk, which STILL is not shoveled in many places, so I’m keeping my YakTrax on to not slip on the ice or frozen snow😒Doggo seems fine, which I like🥰

          Warmup 2.0, Day 6/14: Quick Warmup

          Shoulder mobility: pvc pipe broken halos

          Shoulder activation: 3-Way Scapular band flys- 10 reps in each position

          (Modified) Flex Hang Challenge 3.0, Day 20: 30 sec flex hang hold— jump/pulled to 90 degrees for 15 sec hold, then 10 sec negative drop and 5 sec hang

          RS 28 Day Booty Burner program, Day 20: REST day

          Daily Dare: 10 tricep extensions—- OMG, I did these, all from my toes!!! With elbows under shoulders like elbow plank, press into heel of the hand and activate the tricep! Amazing!!🥳

          Hero’s Journey, Day 52: Part 1- standing on 1 foot, blindfolded x 60 sec; Part 2- 10 reps each of bridges, Superman stretches, reverse flutter kicks x 3 sets, 1 min rest; THEN 10 mins meditation for SubQuest

              Boo walk: 1 mile, in the melting slicker’n snot snow; s’posed to get over 45 degrees today with a south wind, so it should all be a mushy mess by tonight😝

              Warmup 2.0, Day 7: 4-Minute Warmup

              Shoulder mobility: pvc pipe broken halos

              Shoulder activation: 3-Way Scapular band flys- 10 reps in each position

              (Modified) Flex Hang Challenge 3.0, Day 21: 5 sec flex hang hol x 3 sets— 1.)floor jump/pull as far as poss & hold, 2.) assisted pull to 90 degrees & hold, 3.) stool jump/pull chin to bar & hold...all 3 with 10 sec neg drops

              RS 28 Day Booty Burner program, Day 21: Quadruped Booty Burner- 2 circuits of 2 exercises x 3 sets through, all on one side then the other

              Daily Dare: 2 minutes of raised arm circles— done with EC

              Hero’s Journey, Day 53: Part 1- 10 plank leg raises, 5 (classic/toes) push ups, 10 climbers, 10 plank jacks x 5 sets, 2 mins rest; Part 2- Weapons’ Practice: 10 mins jump rope throughout the day—- done in 5 sets of 2 mins with 2 mins rest; not exactly “throughout the day,” but I got it done with fewer than 10 misses in total!🥴

                  Boo walk: 1 mile, sunny, too warm for the season, snow is mostly gone, doggo was sniffing ALL the p-mail!😂😎

                  Yard clean up (doggy doos) after all the snow and wind x 30 mins

                  Warmup 2.0, Day 8: Chest & Lower Back Stretch

                  Shoulder Activation: 3-Way Scapular band flys- 10 reps in each position

                  Daily Dare: 40 squat step ups— done in 2 sets of 29 reps, 30 sec rest

                  Elliptical: 3.04 miles in 30 mins on cross train program

                      He seems okay this morning, thank the gawds. He’s got a spa appt today, tho, so I plan to premeditate him with his dawggie anti inflammatory to help with getting in and out of tubs and cars
