                  Imoen Fremen Amirsh Thank you I wish I had a digital pad so maybe it could be digital instead of hand drawn on paper using a camera. And that it was bit off I needed a square to fit instead I ended up with a rectangle size drawing to work with.

                  I can't tell if I did the first day justice on 30 D.O.G by not going to failure all the way im not sure if I did or I just felt impatient but I do feel my legs tired and watched videos wile doing so. Now I feel really sleepy after a few hours ago and get tired legs wile standing, when normally I don't. I have a feeling my arms are going to be like noodles tomorrow.

                        Pretty happy with the push ups I was hoping to do above 50 reps and I did. My arms felt and looked inflated after those push ups but then in a wile they went back to normal, weird I never knew that can happen. It's kind of like the power grip challenge when the fore arms get swollen then they go back to normal in like 7 minutes.

                        It's really cool that there is sushi in the dare bee recipes now. I love me a good roll.

                          That happens to me every time, and yes during power grip, too.

                            Yeah my forearms are painful from power grip right now. I think they were a bit swollen last night.

                                I hoping to do more than 50 because I’ve done it before I was just worried that I couldn’t prove it again. But I did do less than last time. Got 54 this time, last time I got 64 in one go once. But maybe because it was the first thing I did and not have some arm exercises right before.
