    This is Where Leaders are Born

    This is the first post in my log.

    I started my journey to a healthier me on March 18, 2019 and it continues.

    My starting weight was: 213.2 (3/18/19)
    My current weight: 206.6
    My fighting (goal) weight is 160

    I have a long way to go, but I am determined to get back what's mine; my fighting weight!

    I have only been at my fighting weight once since graduating college, both of which were a long time ago. So as I sit here writing in my log, I think back to all the things that I was able to do and the feelings that I felt when I was at my fighting weight. From going on long bike rides to being able to run races to generally feeling alive and strong! I want it back so bad!!

    So each day, I say to myself that I am in this for the long haul. This is a long-term change, a life-altering change that will go beyond my wildest imaginations!

    Now, let's get down to business!

    Have you started any of the plans yet or are you just freestyling through the workout menu?

        I am freestyling at the moment but will be starting a program in a a couple of months. I like to choose right now the workouts I do rather than a program. Thank you for all the encouragement!!! I really appreciate it!

              mdcohen2 Welcome to the Hive buddy! Look great so far keep up the great work. Also just to warn you there will be times that your weight might flux back up this is fine. Basically muscle is heavier than fat, the more ft you lose the more muscle you gain. I would probably recommend Cardio Based workouts if you which to lower your fat levels. And as you got 20k awesome work by the way eighth go with Cardio Go! or Hero's Journey and use the Bow and Arrow weapon Good luck buddy!
