                    I'm finally back. Today I did 10.09 miles, Clean Slate (III with EC), Gauntlet day 1, and Daily Dare (2 minutes skiers with EC).

                      Completed The Gauntlet day 2, Cheeky Monkey (I with EC, and got 4.48 miles in. I couldn't do the Daily Dare, so I skipped that today. My quads are sore, so yesterdays workout must've been a good one.

                        Forgot to post my workouts yesterday, so here's what I did yesterday:

                        Day 3 of the Gauntlet, Frost (I with EC), Daily Dare with EC, 4 sets of seated leg curls (25 reps on 25lbs, 25 reps on 35lbs, 25 reps on 15lbs, and 25 reps on 30lbs), and 6 miles.

                          Did Day 4 of the Gauntlet, The Protagonist (III with EC), 3 sets of seated leg curls (15 reps of 25lbs each), 4 sets of seated leg press (2 sets of 25 reps of 25lbs, and 2 sets of 25 reps of 35lbs), Day 1 of the December Challenge, Day 1 of the Advent calendar, and 3 miles. Jumping Jacks of all sorts hurt the base of my skull for some reason so I didn't do today's Daily Dare.
