Completed the Wayward workout on Level II, the Daily Dare (2 min sitting punches) with EC, and an exercise set I found somewhere, consisting of 20 situps, 20 squats, 10 pushups, and a 30-second plank. Slowly working my way back into a strong exercise plan.
Did the Tough Cookie workout on Level II with EC, Daily Dare with EC, 15 burpees, 15 leg raises, 20 jumping jacks, 20-sec wall sit, and the Serenity yoga workout.
Did Storm Breaker with EC today, along with the Daily Dare with EC. Are there any good, cheap bo staff or weighted swords for sale anywhere? I had to make do today, but I was wondering because I would definitely get more out of the workout if the weapon had weight.
Did Chapter 1 of Carbon and Dust, Cardio Queen (Level III) with EC, and Daily Dare with EC. Does anyone know how to prevent a sharp pain at the base of the skull that appears only when doing jumping jacks or half jacks?
Did Chapter 2 of Carbon and Dust. Also did Daily Dare with EC. Any suggestions for weak wrists? My wrists are killing me after all this planking and pushups.
