New Program: Foundation (F) ... I'll try to do Lv. III as often as possible and as always increase the reps but reduce the sets. Apparently, it's a general thing for me. I'm always annoyed with sets, like shaving my legs - why is there another one???!

BlackButlersafaxyzKalePower Thank you guys so much for the warm welcome! And I have to agree with you. Some days are more fun than others (but that's life). Some days I just don't feel like it and that's okay as well. Some days I need to remind myself that it's okay to go slow because it's still moving forward.
Now what I have trouble with are the sets in any workout. I know they're there for a reason but I'm just like .. urgh again? Really?! .. I find it annoying. Doing the same thing over and over, like running in circles. I have that at work, I don't need it at home as well. What I was able to do with Back and Core since it only has 4 sets is double the reps the cut the sets in half. And even then I try to do it all at once to save me the hassle of doing it all over again.
