    Fitness tracker log thingy

Soooo, let's try this then. I'm terrible at sticking with something. I blame it (out of convenience) on being a Gemini.
I'm also not very big on working out. In any form or shape ... except for being silly in a pool and calling it swimming and some light yoga. Anyway, my back decided for both of us and I'm trying to be a good owner and not fall back into the habit of doing sport once or twice a month. It worked well in January, when I did the 30 day Yoga challenge with Adriene (so proud), less so in February. Oh well.
I wanted to start slow, building a routine without overwhelming myself. I might not be doing much but I'm doing something.

Here's what I like: stretching and twisting (Yoga), swimming, walking
Here's what I like a whole lot less: push-ups, planks without both hands/arms on the ground and this thing with the bees

Now to the main point. Here's what I've done so far:

    27.02
    - Back & core day 1
    - Calves of steel day 1

    28.02
    - b&c day 2
    - cof day 2
    - pack a punch

~~ being away for a few days and then getting sick ~~

    07.03
    - b&c day 4

    - DD 2 Minutes Tree Pose + EC

    09.03
    - b&c day 6
    - cof day 6
    - DD 2 Minutes Clench / Unclench + EC
    - Yoga, 40min

    10.03
    - b&c day 7 (I tried... )
    - cof day 7
    - Porter Lv I + EC

    18.03
    - b&c day 14 (1/2)

    19.03
    - b&c day 14 (1/2)
    - b&c day 15

    21.03
    - b&c day 17

    See you next week (hopefully)

BlackButler safaxyz KalePower Thank you guys so much for the warm welcome! And I have to agree with you. Some days are more fun than others (but that's life). Some days I just don't feel like it and that's okay as well. Some days I need to remind myself that it's okay to go slow because it's still moving forward.
Now what I have trouble with are the sets in any workout. I know they're there for a reason but I'm just like .. urgh again? Really?! .. I find it annoying. Doing the same thing over and over, like running in circles. I have that at work, I don't need it at home as well. What I was able to do with Back and Core since it only has 4 sets is double the reps the cut the sets in half. And even then I try to do it all at once to save me the hassle of doing it all over again.

Here's what I did last week
          25.03
          - b&c day 21
          - cof day 21

          26.03
          - b&c day 22
          - cof day 22
          - DD Side-to-Side Chops + EC
          - Toy Soldier Lv I + EC

          27.03
          - b&c day 23
          - cof day 23
          - DD 60 Seconds Reverse Plank Hold + EC

          28.03
          - b&C day 24
          - cof day 24

          29.03
          - b&c day 25
          - cof day 25

          30.03
          - cof day 26

31.03 ... now my knees don't like me anymore
          - b&c day 26
          - cof day 27
          - DD 60 second Toe Tap Hops + EC

          01.04
          - b&c day 27
          - cof day 28
          - Yoga, 29 min - ACT day 1 (ext.) (omg my hamstrings were so tight! what a delicious feeling now)

Another week done. And I have my first badge

            02.04

            - b&c day 30 WAH, my first Progam is in the books!!!
