June 21. Day 1214. 100 punches before bed, day 171 consecutive flossing
June 22. Day 1215. 100 punches, day 172 consecutive flossing
June 23. Day 1216. 21 min/3.39 miles on the bike. That's day 3 for the week for the COVID survey. Had a dentist appointment with full teeth cleaning so I did not floss myself. Hygienist said I'm doing much better and had very little gum bleeding. Dentist said nothing needed treatment and I had good X rays. Yay me.
June 24. 100 punches, day 1 of flossing in the new streak.

I need to update this more regularly. sorry, I've been getting caught up in other things when I ought to be updating on a daily basis.
June 17. Day 1210. Not a good day for anything requiring much in the way of bodily motion- nothing like waking up to abdominal cramps involving everything from the ribs downward. Remind me to talk to my obi-gyn kenobi. 100 punches before bed. Day 167 consecutive flossing. A bunch of sporadic lower body exercises like side leg lifts, rear leg extensions, bicycle kicks, etc. in sets of ten at a time in an effort to get the cramping to ease up. Not sure how much that helped.
June 18. Day 1211. Felt somewhat better, still did 100 punches before bed. Day 168 consecutive flossing.
June 19. Day 1212 of consecutive exercise to at least some degree. 21 minutes/4.16 miles + 14 minutes/2.96 miles on the bike. Day 169 consecutive flossing.
June 20. Day 1213. 45 minutes/9.08 miles on the bike. Day 170 consecutive flossing.
Got a dental appointment on Thursday. Probably going to restart the floss streak after that.

May 29. Day 1212. Bike rides: 22 minutes/4.01 miles, 11 minutes/2.01 miles. One day of 20+ minutes hard breathing/sweating exercise for COVID survey. Day 148 consecutive flossing.
May 30. Day 1213. Bike time: 26 minutes/5.16 miles, 9 minutes/1.57 miles, 10 minutes/1.83 miles. Two days for the COVID survey. Day 149 consecutive flossing.
May 31. had to go into the office to set things up in person, rode the bike to the ferry to get to work. 7 minutes/1.42 miles, 5 minutes/0.6 miles, 7 minutes/0.92 miles, 10 minutes/1.76 miles. A little iffy but I think I can count it as three days for the COVID survey. Day 150 consecutive flossing.
June 1. Not a great day for various reasons. Attempted to do Ten Thousand Punches but only got as far as 228 total punches, 2 sets. Still counts as day 1214, though. Day 151 consecutive flossing.
June 2. Day 1215. Got a little busy, wound up only doing 5 wall pushups + 100 punches, still day 1215. Day 152 consecutive flossing. Note to self, Dental Lace is a wonderful compostable idea but it rips apart between my molars no matter what I try so it's the nylon stuff for me after all.

Will edit later for bicycling, flossing
ETA: did not bike, but flossed, so that's day 147 consecutive flossing

May 25, day 1208. Forgot to do the challenges, but there was 21 minutes/3.9 miles and then 15 minutes/2.69 miles on the bike for day 3 for COVID study purposes, and flossing, for day 144.
Today is May 26, day 1209.
Better Legs day 13
Ten Thousand Punches day 11, two sets
Peach workout, but with 3 sets 40 reps of leg extensions, leg swings, and side leg extensions. 3 sets 10 bridges instead of the glute flexes in the workout. 3 sets 20 clamshells each, and 3 sets 10 v-leg extensions. So that's EC.
Started at 12:20, finished at 12:43, so that's day 3 for the COVID study for the week and if I am lucky I will have bike time later, too. Will edit for that and/or for flossing.
ETA: no bike yesterday, but day 145 consecutive flossing.

donated $10 to Darebee
ETA: Bike ride, 15 minutes, 2.69 miles. Then another bike ride, 15 minutes, 2.67 miles. So that's day 2 for the week, plus flossing, for day 143 of consecutive flossing.

May 23, day 1206. Hoping to get out on the bike later.
Better Legs challenge day 11. May have done 4 sets instead of 3- I lost count and figured an extra set was safer than falling short
Ten Thousand Punches day 9, done in three sets
Epic Arms, but with 20 curls and 40 punches each time instead of 10 and 20; used 15 lb dumbbells
This totals to 15:36 exercise time. I will hopefully get more in later today so I can claim today as a 20+ plus day for the COVID survey.
Eta: did not get in further exercise. Did, however, floss. So that's day 142.
