Classic warm up
Strive workout, level 3, with EC
Started in on Graveyard Shift but only got as far as finishing round 1 and the side lunges and calf raises on round 2 when I was interrupted
Will try for the punch workouts later; right now I've got 18:14, and if I finish the punching I'll consider that day 1 of the week for survey purposes
ETA: Didn't get the punch workouts done, but I did do thirty days of floss day 9

Today, Jan. 8, was day 1073. Didn't exercise much, but three sets of 15 wall pushups are at least something.
Also did thirty days of floss, day 8.

Today is day 1072. Still snowing a little bit out there, but I don't think we're going to see much more accumulation today.
Classic warm up
Cardio Punch workout, level 2, but with EC
Punch Out! day 20, 380 overhead punches (in 3 sets)
Peach workout, modified - 3 sets of each exercise, 20 reps per leg each set for the leg extensions, leg swings, side extensions; 3 sets of clamshells, 20 reps on each side in each set; 3 sets of lying side leg lifts, 20 reps per leg per lift; 3 sets 20 V leg extensions; no glute flexes; 20 seconds rest between each set, so that's EC
Total of 30:10 spent sweating and breathing hard so that's five days for the week; I will get my punch challenges back on track tomorrow with both on the same day
I will edit this post tonight once I floss. ETA: thirty days of floss, day 7 completed

She's a wonderful kitty, but I have given her a broken-up anti-hairball treat to nibble on today so she doesn't try to get underfoot while I'm working out. I don't want to hit her by mistake.

Got 100 punches into today's Punch Out! count and realized I just wanted to stop; I will complete this challenge before bed but I do not feel like attempting to continue it as part of my main workout right now
FWIW that's 31:04 hard breathing and sweating (the Punch Out! bit was starting to sweat directly into my eyes), so that's four days for the week so far
Will floss tonight and claim credit then
ETA: who am I kidding, I ain't gonna do punches tonight
OTOH I got Thirty Days of Floss day 6, yay me

Interrupted by cat in need of petting and being told she is the prettiest cat in the world

Punch Out! challenge, day 19, 380 nonstop punches
Started my timer after the cat had left the room (for reference, I always start my timer after the warmups and right before launching whatever my first workout, challenge, round of weights, etc. may be); total time working out enough to cause sweat/heavy breathing was 21:16. Three days for the week so far. Will floss before bed, I'll claim credit then.

Gracias. The trip went well, I am home now.
Yesterday was day 1062. I only did Punch Out! Day 13, 260 punches, but at least my two challenges ended up back on the same day. Also I walked half a mile with a moderately heavy backpack on.
Today is day 1063.
10,000 Punches, day 14. 380 punches, 20 pushups (hands on edge of kitchen counter and feet well back).
Punch Out day 14, 260 overhead punches in 3 sets.
ETA: also 3.4 miles in 22 minutes on the bike
