          Thank you all. I was able to get out and do around seven miles on the bike today (Saturday, Sept. 4), which helped; the cramping came back later, but overall, I'm doing better.

          So that's day 947.

            Sunday, Sept. 5, was day 948. 21 minutes/4.17 miles, pause for a bit, then 9 minutes/1.5 miles on the bike.

            Monday, Sept. 6, was day 949. 21 minutes/4.2 miles, stop for 5-10 minutes of birdwatching, then 21 minutes/3.7 miles on the bike.

              Sept. 7 was day 950. I was exceptionally short on sleep the night before for various reasons including but not limited to tinnitus (despite the use of a pillow speaker system to help distract me from the noise) and was only able to get in 100 punches before bed.
              Today is day 951.
              Classic warm up
              Eye of the Tiger Workout, level 3, with EC
              Unmodded Epic Arms, 19 lbs per hand
              Total of about 21:22 for survey purposes so that's three days so far this week

                Sept. 9 was day 952. 100 punches in the bathroom before bed.
                Sept. 10 was day 953. 22 minutes/3.96 miles on the bike. Four days for survey purposes.
                Today was day 954. 31 minutes/6.07 miles, 11 minutes/2.3 miles, 3 minutes/0.35 miles f-r a total of 45 minutes/8.75 miles. that's one day for next week for survey purposes (I do my weekly research surveys on Saturdays before my bike rides if I am doing a bike session at all on Saturdays).

                    Thank you, I appreciate it. I'm doing all right; I had a bad day two days ago, tinnitus-wise, but I'm managing now. The Brood X recordings at mynoise.net go a long way towards quieting things down a bit for me.

                    Sept. 12 was day 955. 30 minutes/6.35 miles + 3 minutes/.46 miles.
                    Sept. 13 was day 956. 100 punches before bed.
                    Sept. 14 was day 957. Also 100 punches before bed.
                    Sept. 15 was day 958. 24 minutes/4.44 miles + 20 minutes/3.79 miles. Three days of 20 minutes or more so far for the week.

                      Today is day 959. I am hoping to get out on the bike later, but since there are no guarantees-

                      (10 standing shoulder presses, 10 lbs per hand + 20 overhead punches) x 5

                      Not a 20 minute day unless I do the bike thing later, I'll edit if I have to, but at least I got some proper workout in

                          Today was day 961. Bicycling; 26 minutes/5.04 miles, pause, 3 minutes/0.65 miles, pause, 7 minutes/1.28 miles, total of 36 minutes so that's one for the week so far.

                              September 21st was day 964. Walked about .6 of a mile, 100 punches.

                                September 22nd was day 965. 150 punches before bed. I've been kinda low on sleep lately and haven't had quite the enthusiasm to get myself on the bike after work if the weather isn't fully cooperative.
                                September 23rd was day 966. 100 punches.
                                I'm hoping to at least get myself to do Epic Arms at lunchtime today. I finished a satisfactory second muslin yesterday and the next step in that particular project involves tracing out all the pattern pieces and cutting a LOT of fiddly little bits of paper (cargo shorts) so I'm probably going to exercise first.
