          July 31st was day 912, and featured 24 minutes of bicycle riding over 4.4 miles.
          August 1st was day 913, with 33 minutes on the bike for 5.7 miles.

          I mostly just wanted to do other things mid-day, with Saturday featuring a trip to the eye doctor for my first exam in a few years (doc said my eyes are fine and my right eye rx changed by the smallest amount it's possible for a prescription to change, that's pretty much it) and Sunday being a day when I didn't want to do indoor exercises. So, bike.

              Today is day 915. I hope to get out on the bike after work but for now:

              Classic warm up.
              Epic Arms, using 15 lbs per hand, but also doing 10 curls per arm for a total of 20 curls and 20 punches per forward foot for a total of 40 punches each set (20, 40, 20, 40, etc.)
              Knee Saver workout
              Footwork workout
              Neck Mobility workout

              ETA: 8.7 miles in 46 minutes of riding.

                        Uggh, my sympathies. I've been using an air purifier (Blue 311+) that I bought when my downstairs neighbor got COVID; the reviews from owners included several people who used them to make their homes viable during last year's California wildfires. It helps, but only when I'm indoors.

                        August 6 was day 918. 41 minutes on the bike, 7.86 miles.
                        yesterday was day 919. 100 punches before bed.
                        Today was day 920. 23 minutes/4.94 miles, pause, then 8 minutes/1.44 miles.

                          Today, August 10th, is day 922. Epic Arms, 15 lbs per arm, but the sets are composed of 12 simultaneous bicep curls + 48 punches (24 with left foot forward, 24 with right foot forward) each. So, EC.
                          Also, neck mobility workout.

                            Today is day 923. Outside it is currently 33 degrees C. I will be sewing ice neck wraps later and I have ordered water-storing beads from Michaels in order to make a reusable cooling neck wrap like one of these or these.

                            For now I did the Captain on Deck workout, level 3, with EC.
                            Also Neck Mobility workout.

                              Epic Arms, CORRECTION: 17 lbs per arm, but the sets are composed of 10 simultaneous bicep curls + 40 punches (20 with left foot forward, 20 with right foot forward) each. So, EC.
                              Something of an Epic Arms variant. Five sets of standing weighted shrugs, CORRECTION: 17 lbs per hand, 10 shrugs per set, alternating with 20 overhead punches.
