      Uggh, yes.

      At least yesterday it cooled off, even if it meant the bike ride I was using for my daily exercise got truncated abruptly. I only got to do 4.3 miles, and I only got a vague glimpse of the bird I had chosen my route to see (I took up birdwatching on a daily basis during the pandemic and there is a monk parakeet nest being built under an electrical transformer on the other side of town), but it was for a total of 23 minutes and I hit 18 miles an hour at one point so as far as I am concerned that counts for day 898.

        Not sure how long that was, I didn't run a timer, but I think it qualifies for 20 minutes for survey purposes

          I did Pushups and Squats day 16, but not much else, unless you want to count walking down to the shore for birdwatching.

              Not sure how long that was overall, but it was at least 20 minutes before I got to Neck Mobility, so it counts for survey purposes. That's two days this week I think.

                      Thank you all!

                      Thurday and Friday were both days when I had to go back into the office for work. Fortunately the weather cooperated on both days, so my exercise took the form of 3.6 miles (20 minutes total) on the bike to and from mass transit on Thursday, and 3.6 miles on my bike plus an extra 1 mile after work on a Blue Bikes bikeshare to get to a grocery store in the city on Friday.

                      So that's day 903 and 904, and both are 20+ minutes for survey purposes.

                        So here I go
                        I've been running today for 17 minutes (2.86km) and something like 6:10 per km...
                        I'm just starting again after a long period without running;
                        This wee I've done plenty of jump rope and some low level bodyweight workouts;
                        I get to know Darebee only for 2 days and already loving it.

                          Today is day 905 of the streak. Worth noting, I have bought an air fryer and tested it last night; I got better results on French fries with 2 tbsp of oil than I ever did using oven frying (4 -5 tbsp oil) the same amount of potatoes. I am hoping to reduce my fat and oil use in cooking overall.

                                Yesterday hit a temperature of 93 F and an air quality of If You Have Asthma Or Lung Issues, Take Special Measures Today. I don't have asthma, just a bit of reduced lung function thanks to 9/11, so I did 100 punches and called it day 907.
                                Not as hot today and the air quality's bad although not quite as bad, so I did day 21 of Pushups and Squats, the Footwork workout with EC (pain in my left foot for past 3+ days, I think I need new shoes), and Neck Mobility workout, and that's day 908.
