    Today is day 883.

    Classic warm up
    Modified Peach: 3 sets 30 of everything in row 1, 3 sets 15 bridges instead of glute flexes, 3 sets 30 each of clamshells and side leg raises, 3 sets 15 V leg extensions
    Knee Saver workout

    23 minutes for survey purposes

      epic arms using thr resistance band and doing 10 simultaneous curls + 40 punches each set

        Wow, so you’ve had record high temps, as well! It’s so hard to exercise when the inside of your space is over 90 degrees, isn’t it?🥵.
        Nice news of your bike, tho! That’s an outside thing that gets you moving

          Yeah, even with the kitchen air conditioner running, the room where I work from home, exercise, and sew gets horrendously warm....

          Today will be day 885 as soon as my cat lets me stop petting her.... ah there we go.

          pushups and squats day 2, at one session, with 10,20, 30 etc punches per arm after each set of 5 squats

          ETA: 7.5 miles on the bike, in two segments separated by about five minutes of birdwatching. Even in July we have a lot of eider ducks in our waters.

            This is less than 20 minutes, however, later today I expect to be out on the bike and will note my active riding time then
            ETA: about fifteen minutes of riding, so that's 20 minutes+ for survey purposes

              Today is day 887. 85 F outside at the moment but they expect it to hit the nineties later.

              Skipped the warm up.
              Pushups and Squats challenge day 4, but basically I just did it in sets of 10 squats, plus five extra at the end, no punches.

                  July 8th was day 889. Pushups and Squats day 6, with squats scattered throughout the day in sets of 10. I'm in IT. There was patching to do, in that whole 'Microsoft says update all your computers right the heck now' way.
                  July 9th was day 890. Pushups and Squats day 7, only I didn't have my phone with me and couldn't remember how many I was supposed to do, so it was three sets of 15 pushups each.

                    Classic warm up.
                    16 squats
                    Epic Arms with 10 simultaneous bicep curls and 20 punches per arm each set, using the heavy resistance band
                    16 squats
                    Round 1 of knee tuner workout
                    16 squats during rest period
                    Round 2 of knee tuner
                    17 squats during rest period; that's Push-ups and Squats day 8, 65 squats during course of day
                    round 3 of knee tuner; each 'rest' period was 60 seconds, which was about 30 seconds of extra squatting and 30 seconds of rest, so that's with EC

                    don't know how long that took, I didn't time it, but I'm sweating like mad (high humidity + moderate heat)

                    ETA: in the afternoon I got out my bike and did about four and a half miles of riding.

                          Yesterday, July 13th, was day 894. I did three sets of 15 pushups each because once again, I lost count of where I was supposed to be on the challenge calendar, so that's Push-ups and Squats day 11.

                              About two miles on the bike, admittedly this is not very far and not very hard- the trip to the library and back is not a difficult one, but it was a nice ride, at least

                                Today is day 897. It is 93 degrees F, 34 C, outside, with humidity of 46% and a heat index of 98 F (37 C).

                                you will, I think, understand if even with the AC, I confined myself to 80 squats throughout the morning for day 14 of Push-ups and Squats, and then just the Knee Tuner workout with extra credit.
