Punch Out! challenge day 20
Big Back workout. Renegade rows were standard renegade rows using 24 lbs each. Shoulder presses were Arnold presses, ten pounds per hand (I think I can do 15 next time, there was minimal clicking). Tricep extensions used a 24-lb weight and both hands (picture appears to show both hands in use, I've always used both hands for it). Deadlifts, 24 lbs per hand. Lat raises, 10 lbs per hand, stopped after first set because the cat came in. ETA: resumed once she left, did 4 sets total. Shrugs were 24 lbs per hand.
