    Today is day 776.

    Classic warm up
    Punch Out! challenge day 20
    Big Back workout. Renegade rows were standard renegade rows using 24 lbs each. Shoulder presses were Arnold presses, ten pounds per hand (I think I can do 15 next time, there was minimal clicking). Tricep extensions used a 24-lb weight and both hands (picture appears to show both hands in use, I've always used both hands for it). Deadlifts, 24 lbs per hand. Lat raises, 10 lbs per hand, stopped after first set because the cat came in. ETA: resumed once she left, did 4 sets total. Shrugs were 24 lbs per hand.

      Yesterday, March 26th, ran over at work. And I was exhausted, and the tinnitus had not let up since January 22... it wasn't a good day.

      But at least I did Punch Out! Challenge day 21 in the bathroom before bed, so that's something.

                            Today is day 787. I was weirdly tired around noon, so rather than doing a weight workout today I opted to start a new challenge. I've done Ten Thousand Punches before but there's no harm in doing it again. Today was day 1, and I did it in two sets, so there were ten pushups in addition to 160 punches.
