    Yesterday, February 24th, was day 746. Apparently I was sufficiently enthusiastic about my punches and whatnot that the muscles of my back between the shoulder blades- more or less all of them- opted to go into protest mode. Smooth move on my part. *sigh* Well, I got 150 punches in, at least.

              Yesterday, February 28th, was day 750.

              Did not feel up for much beyond 150 punches. No physical issues other than the ongoing tinnitus but I just was not in the mood for doing more.

                    March 2nd was day 752. It, uh, featured an extremely unpleasant bout of back pain on the left hand side, a little ways above the bra strap. Good thing back and shoulders challenge was done because I wasn't about to ask my back to do extra stuff at that point. 150 punches that day.

                    March 3rd was day 753. Back pain not as bad but still being careful; 128 punches, 1 minute of hands over head clench unclench practice.

                      Got halfway through day 25 of Impossible Abs when I realized I was feeling twinges in the same spot on my back as two days ago, so I stopped there and will attempt again tomorrow

                        Yesterday was day 756. Had to work through noon break, wound up baking in the afternoon and setting up overnight bagels in the evening; yesterday's exercise was 420 punches while I waited for the bagel dough to rise a bit.

                          Head still congested. tinnitus still an issue. Will talk to doctors when I feel safe to show up for something minor or once I am vaccinated, whichever comes first.

                            NHS Choices Neck workout. Which, I might note, I got wrong yesterday because I missed the part about doing the whole thing three times.

                            after reading a case study about a man with lifelong chronic rhinonasal sinusitis and repeat sinus infections, and how his treatment was shifted to regular doses of Mucinex, I am giving this a try to see if it helps at all with the constant congestion and tinnitus until I can get it properly checked out. Also using a steam inhaler.

                              Today is day 759. Ears still ringing. Not quite as annoyed by it as I have been but that may be wishful thinking. We shall see.

                                Yesterday, March 9th, was ... a day that began with my first tech support request arriving while I was still brushing my teeth, continued for several hours, and at one point involved being on hold for 24 minutes only to be told to call back later because every single actual tech was busy and the person I had reached could only take contact data for emergency situations.

                                I managed Punch Out challenge day 4, though. So that made it day 760.
