    Today is day 733. Tempted as I am to do Strength & Power or possibly Upperbody Builder, I do need to concentrate a bit more on lower body work. Ideally, lower body work that does not give my knees grief. Lunges tend to be more painful than other exercises when I do this, so... for the moment I am leaving those out and will do what I can, and see what kind of accommodation I can come to.

    Classic warm up
    27 lbs, goblet squats, 4 sets 10
    27 lbs per hand, stiff legged deadlifts, 4 sets 10
    27 lbs, dumbbell plie squats, 3 sets 10
    27 lbs, standing dumbbell calf raises, 3 sets 10 per leg
    3 planks, 20 seconds each

      Today is day 734.

      Classic warm up.
      Upperbody Builder workout. 15 lbs per hand for bicep curls, chest rows, Arnold presses. 10 lbs per hand for lat raises. 27 lbs per hand for shrugs, bent over rows. No pause between exercises except to change weights. 1 minute rest between circuits.
      First set of 14 w-extensions and 14 prone reverse flyes interrupted by cat
      Further attempt at exercise interrupted by UPS ground shipping, who apparently ring doorbells now even when it's just to leave a package without signature
      I'm not going to try exercising further today, the challenges can wait

        Today is day 735. Funny thing, Fedex Ground delivered a temperature sensitive package of edible cookie dough (as in, right out of the container) yesterday and *didn't* ring the bell, whereas UPS was just dropping off honey, and rang it *loud*. Bzuh.

        Anyway.

        sinus pain flared up when I tried throwing punches so I did 3 more sets of 10 leg lifts per side

              Today is day 737.

              Classic warm up
              Did most of the Muscle and Strength fat burner workout day 1, using 10 lb dumbbells for the one arm rows, one arm upright rows, and 2/3 of seated dumbbell curls. 5 lb weights for the bent over rear lateral raises, 1/3 of the seated dumbbell curls, and the hammer curls. Got interrupted by cat before I could do more than 20 one arm shrugs with a 10 lb weight.
              cat eventually left. Screw one arm shrugs. Back and shoulders challenge day 22
              Cat showed up again. Petted her once, went back to workout.

                Yesterday was day 738. I had a tech support call starting at 7:37, a user who needed his system checked during the midday lunch slot when I usually exercise, and another phone call at 1:30. I also did not feel great, so yesterday was 144 punches in the bathroom before bed just to keep the streak intact.

                    I did not feel like doing much today, tbh, and had to make a willpower roll to even pick up the weights instead of just doing the challenges and calling it a day, but at least I did it

                      Friday the 19th was day 741. 150 punches, for the sake of the streak.
                      yesterday the 20th was day 742. Also did 150 punches; I had to be up at close to my usual workday time to get monthly system updates done and did not feel great the rest of the day.

                      Today is day 743. Sinuses still killing me, ear still ringing. Spent 15+ minutes w my face in a personal size steam machine, that helps.

                        I hope your sinuses feel better soon...I’m sure you know this, but, a nice hefty dose of ibuprofen, like 800mg, is very helpful for that inflammation in there. At least for me, and I live with a huge sinus problem....also, you can add 1000mg of acetaminophen if you want, since they work from 2 different “angles” on pain/pressure/swelling....

                              Thank you kindly. I may try the ibuptofen soon, I've had luck with a steam inhaler but not enough for my liking.
