Today is day 713. Still not feeling great; don't know if that's Shark Week, persistent sinus congestion pushing up into my ears, low sleep, having to change my pillow because the old one was causing neck pain, psychological stuff all dumping into my system as a result of the last four years, or something else. At least I was able to take a pulse oximeter reading and had 95-99% oxygen with about a 74 bpm pulse rate.
But I am reminding myself to breathe- literally, I realized that I've been taking very shallow and slow breaths if not paying attention- and I am going to start a new challenge today, so.
