Classic warm up
10 side leg lifts per side
Pushups: 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, 30. This was week 5, day 2, level 3. The last set was supposed to be at least 45. I got to 30 and just could not bring myself to do it any more, although I might have had the wherewithal if I had had the will. I will spend tomorrow's exercise session on lower body stuff or cardio and attempt day 2 again on Tuesday.
Sweating into my eyes now. Going to go get water.
