    Today is day 670.

    Classic warm up
    10 side leg lifts per side
    Pushups: 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, 30. This was week 5, day 2, level 3. The last set was supposed to be at least 45. I got to 30 and just could not bring myself to do it any more, although I might have had the wherewithal if I had had the will. I will spend tomorrow's exercise session on lower body stuff or cardio and attempt day 2 again on Tuesday.

    Sweating into my eyes now. Going to go get water.

          Yesterday was day 673. Got busy, wound up interrupted at lunch.

          Still, I was able to do Epic Glutes with EC, so that's something.

            but I managed 128 punches. If nothing else.

              Today, December 18th, was supposed to be a pushup training day. I was interrupted before I could start on them, and then I had a tech support call to handle, so it became a day for Epic Glutes with EC instead.

              Pushups tomorrow.

                Yesterday I wound up working later than intended and overran my lunch period.

                Epic Arms, 15 lbs per arm, was all I was up for doing.

                ... at least it's something.

                  Today ,after checking my last few posts, is day 680 of the streak.

                  20, 20, 24, 24 pushups; stopped there, not due to muscle failure (although my upper arms *were* protesting), but due to running out of the desire to push myself further on the pushups. Maybe tomorrow.

                    20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20 pushups; stopping there, because next set is 22, last set is 50+, and I can feel my arms trembling

                      Today, Dec. 22nd, was day 682. My midsextion sprang an unpleasant surprise on me around lunchtime, but I did do 128 punches with an extra one minute nonstop clench-unclench of my hands raised over my head. So there is that.

                                Christmas was day 685. I managed 128 punches, not much else, but ah, well, Christmas, right?
